Directions: Apply the mud in a thick layer over body (avoiding eyes and mouth) and leave on 15-20 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water. Do not apply the mud to open sores or wounds. For external use only.
 
You can save any unused mud by clipping the opened end of the package and placing the bag into a resealable container or zip lock baggie. If mud becomes a bit dry, add a few drops of water and mix together until moist.
